We work exclusively with globally recognized and trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery worldwide, including:

3. Order Tracking (OTN)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing:

• The tracking number

• The courier service name

• A direct link to track your shipment in real time

4. Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

Delivery time may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistics delays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
For specific duty rates, please contact your local customs office.

6. Remote Area Shipments (RAS)

Some delivery destinations are classified as “Remote Areas” by our courier partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
Deliveries to these locations may incur an additional surcharge, which will be communicated before dispatch.

7. Shipping Delays & Emergencies

We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to:

• Customs clearance procedures

• Natural disasters or severe weather

• Public holidays or global events

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

• Global or regional transport disruptions

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering premium-quality medical instruments. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy return, replacement, and refund options as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items showing signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or altered packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for return

   • Supporting photos/videos showing the issue

2. Upon approval, we will share return shipping instructions.

3. Ship the product using a trackable courier service.

4. Once received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Replacement Policy

If your product is found defective or incorrect:

• We will replace it at no additional cost.

• Alternatively, we may offer a credit note or discount for your next order.

• Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• For bulk or custom-made orders, additional production time may apply.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

• The returned product passes inspection and meets our return criteria.

• The payment was made through a verifiable channel (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items
